Thacometer Please help me

Hi I just want to know if any of you have a thacometer in your car how did you install it? I allready intalled my thacometer but I don´t know where to connect the green wire in the ECU?
Please help me

Isn't pin 9 in the diagnostic socket (the bottom left most pin) the TACH signal?

(I have a JDM Toyota Will, which is similar to a Vitz / Yaris)
I fitted a tachometer to it, and yes, I used the diagnostic socket pin for the TACH signal.
