I really wish I was coming to JAE. Pics do no justice at all. They're close to Tesco blue 8) but change colour massively in different light. In low light/dark shadow they look purple, in the sun they are bright bright blue.

The issue I had was they were trashed so needed a full refurb. The powdercoaters cant do two colours on one wheel so it's all or nothing. And before you suggest it, it would cost MORE to get them painted! :blink:

Nuts need to be real slim or splined too to fit in, no room there at all!

Anyway if you're gonna be original, do it properly. 8)

Todays job is:

swap headlights
swap mirror baseplates
swap sunvisors
change oil and plugs
wash :)

I just think they`re pretty chavvy lol plus they`re getting more common than normal tsport lights :p

You dont need to tie in the colour to anything. If anything do as i said to Nino...Paint the engine cover the same colour and respray the strutbrace or the ends the same colour. If you tie in anything on the outside it`ll look mighty gash i can picture it now.

Thats why i painted my brace and cam cover purple for when i eventually do the wheels purple.

I tell you what you could do....but you may have to save up a bit. Get them refurbed to the bare minimum ie have no finish put on them or whatever and get them fully annodised ;) Like the civic i sent you pics of with the purple wheels or the blue on the super advans he had.

Also paint those calipers black or silver!

Ok so I've lowered it another 10mm, only got another 65mm left to go! :lol:

Before and after look the same, but from a distance it looks better.

So, do I remove the rear adjusters now? Nose down looks ok, but arse down looks retarded! (Saxo torsion bar anyone?)
